Entertainment Programming & Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Entertainment Programming & Operations Coordinator supports the execution of entertainment programs and operational initiatives across Carnival Cruise Line’s fleet. Working closely with the Supervisor of Programming & Operations, the role ensures that entertainment experiences are delivered efficiently, consistently, and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily operational support for fleet‑wide entertainment events, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
• Coordinate inventory tracking, ordering, and shipment logistics for holidays, themed events, and special programs.
• Assist with quality assurance of entertainment supplies, collateral, and equipment.
• Manage vendor communication, setup, and invoice processing, including coding and categorizing purchases.
• Support budget monitoring, expense tracking, and cost‑optimization initiatives with sourcing and procurement teams.
• Facilitate administrative tasks such as requisition entry in iProcurement, travel arrangements, and onboarding for shipboard entertainment staff.
• Help plan and execute departmental meetings, conferences, town halls, and special projects.

Required profile

• Highly organized and detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills, both internal and external.
• Adaptable team player who can collaborate with shipboard and shoreside teams.

Required skills

• Experience using iProcurement or similar procurement software.
