Enhancement Field Manager – Landscape Maintenance

About the role

The Enhancement Field Manager leads labor and material coordination for landscape enhancement projects, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. This role also focuses on developing the crew members, fostering growth and low turnover.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and supervise daily production activities on assigned enhancement jobs.
• Monitor hourly and cost budgets, review job hours and expenses, and communicate budget expectations to the crew.
• Meet clients on each job site, inspect daily work, and obtain satisfactory completion signatures.
• Sell approved extra work using time‑and‑materials tickets.
• Maintain assigned vehicle and equipment, ensuring safety and company image.
• Complete daily time entry and oversee AM/PM crew procedures.
• Participate in training and certification sessions for the team.

Required profile

• At least one year of commercial landscape enhancement or installation experience.
• Two‑year or four‑year horticultural or related degree, or equivalent industry experience/certifications.
• Demonstrated ability to organize and schedule projects and manage personnel.
• Experience purchasing hard and live materials and negotiating prices.
• Valid Class A commercial driver’s license with a clean record for the past three years.
