About the role
The Email Marketing Analyst supports the planning and execution of daily promotional email campaigns for Bath & Body Works. Reporting to the Email Marketing Manager, the analyst ensures email wireframes, segmentation strategies, and creative assets are aligned with business goals and brand standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage email wireframe planning from initial build through promotional and thematic changes.
- Adjust email plans quickly to meet shifting business needs and improve channel performance.
- Develop segmentation strategies to drive traffic and demand.
- Coordinate cross‑functional communication with Comm Ops, CRM, Creative, Copy, and Loyalty teams.
- Proof daily campaigns, provide feedback, and support subject‑line and pre‑header copy optimization.
- Validate alignment with Finance on circulation and segmentation, leading monthly and ad‑hoc updates.
- Lead store testing processes and ensure accurate email tests.
- Support complex initiatives such as Loyalty or reactivation campaigns.
- Identify performance improvement opportunities and contribute to test‑and‑learn agendas.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of marketing experience, preferably with email focus.
- Retail or e‑commerce background is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail.
- Strategic thinker with problem‑solving curiosity.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Required skills
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a comparable enterprise‑level email platform.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
