About the role

The Little Gym is seeking an enthusiastic Early Education Teacher to join its WonderKids Club, an enrichment program for children ages 3‑5. You will lead instructor‑guided activities that blend active learning, play, arts, crafts, songs, and story time in a safe, fun environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging classes using The Little Gym’s proven curriculum and teaching methods.
• Introduce children to educational play that promotes physical and cognitive development.
• Provide outstanding customer service to families, treating members like family.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing classroom environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and development sessions.

Required profile

• High energy, love for kids, and a desire to give back to the community.
• Comfortable being playful, giving high‑fives, and creating a fun atmosphere.
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to connect with both children and parents.
