Pre‑K4 Teacher

About the role

The Pre‑K4 Teacher will guide, inspire, and educate young learners in a Christ‑centered environment at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic School. Reporting directly to the principal, the teacher is responsible for implementing school and Archdiocese policies in the classroom.

Key responsibilities

• Support and uphold the philosophy of Catholic education and the school’s mission.
• Model Gospel values and adhere to the Religious Standards for Catholic School Employees.
• Maintain confidentiality of student, family, and school information.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a secure learning environment.
• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with Texas Education Agency and Department of Catholic Schools guidelines.
• Accommodate diverse learning styles and use assessment results to plan instruction.
• Collaborate with staff to set instructional goals and supervise teacher aides or volunteers.
• Integrate technology to enhance teaching and learning.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the principal.
