Documentum Senior Consultant

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Documentum Senior Consultant to join its Digital Experience unit. The role is based in Indianapolis, IN, with additional locations in Raleigh, NC and Richardson, TX. You will work on enterprise content management solutions that support end‑to‑end customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Document business requirements and contribute to the elicitation process.
• Facilitate design discussions, capture design decisions, and guide the technical team.
• Develop, code, and integrate new features or updates while maintaining system stability.
• Conduct code reviews, manage code repositories, and implement test strategies.
• Analyze test results, coordinate bug fixes, and ensure software quality.
• Create user training materials, documentation, and support frameworks.
• Resolve production issues and propose preventive measures to improve reliability.
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities.

Required profile

• Strong collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle full SDLC phases from requirement gathering to implementation.
• Skill in translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Passion for design and hands‑on coding.
• Proactive approach to testing, troubleshooting, and refining applications.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams and software integration.
