District Manager

About the role

Insomnia Cookies is looking for a District Manager to lead 12‑16 stores in the Erie market. You will be responsible for driving sales, hiring and retaining talent, and ensuring exceptional customer service across city and campus locations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional strategies that meet each store’s financial, operational, and service goals.
• Provide expertise on customer service challenges, staffing, store operations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with the Director of Workforce Planning and Store Operations Managers to manage labor effectively.
• Coach and mentor store leaders, fostering diverse, high‑performing teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience as a multi‑unit regional manager in food & beverage, restaurant, hospitality, or retail.
• At least 2 years of leadership in a customer‑service‑oriented role.
• Proven ability to hire, train, and develop a diverse part‑time hourly staff.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of supply chain, P&L analysis, compliance, and human resources principles.
• Familiarity with bakery or commercial kitchen equipment is a plus.
