Distribution Services Coordinator

About the role

The Distribution Services Coordinator supports key functions within Site Services, focusing on shipping, receiving, and mailroom operations across a 55‑acre campus. The role ensures that all deliveries, packages, and mail are accurately received, inspected, processed, and delivered to internal partners.

Key responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver interoffice mail, USPS items, and ground/air packages throughout the multi‑building campus (up to 50 lbs).
• Receive, scan, and track all incoming packages and shipments using SendSuite software.
• Inspect materials upon arrival and complete required receiving documentation, coordinating regularly with the Pilot Plant.
• Provide professional, customer‑focused service and communicate effectively with a wide range of internal partners.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience in a customer‑service‑oriented shipping and receiving environment.
• 1+ years of experience operating material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, using buddy lift techniques as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SendSuite software for package tracking.
• Operation of forklifts.
• Operation of pallet jacks.
