Director of Regional Business Operations & Planning

About the role

This position plans administrative, financial, and operational activities for the regional executive team, acts as a liaison between senior leadership and employees, and oversees high‑importance projects. The role drives regional operational rhythms and strategic execution in alignment with system standards.

Key responsibilities

• Increase the bandwidth of regional leadership so they can focus on operational initiatives.
• Coordinate, implement, and execute operational rhythms and processes consistent with system standards.
• Establish accountability across regional teams by embedding milestones and measurements into business and project plans.
• Drive cross‑functional initiatives and monitor execution of regional change initiatives with senior leadership.
• Align stakeholders on priorities and outcomes through comprehensive communication plans and rhythms.
• Synthesize analysis to deliver actionable, data‑driven recommendations to leadership.
• Serve as liaison to system shared services and support functions on behalf of the region.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business administration or related field (Master's preferred).
• At least 5 years of healthcare experience, including 2 years in supervision or management.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across functions.

Required skills

• Computer data entry proficiency.
• Experience with Windows‑style applications and related software packages.
