Director of Product Commercialization – Open Finance

About the role

Mastercard is building a more connected and inclusive financial ecosystem through Open Finance. As Director of Product Commercialization you will own the go‑to‑market strategy and execution for key Open Finance APIs across the Americas, driving revenue growth and market adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Define and document comprehensive GTM and commercialization strategies for BIN Lookup, Transaction Notifications, and emerging Open Finance services.
• Develop pricing models, secure internal approvals, and coordinate implementation across teams.
• Build financial models to estimate market size, revenue potential, and business cases.
• Create sales enablement tools, training programs, and launch communications with Marketing and Consulting.
• Test value propositions with customers, gather feedback, and relay insights to product teams for continuous improvement.
• Support sales engagements post‑launch and provide analytical support for strategic projects across the Americas.

Required profile

• Extensive product management experience with a focus on commercialization and GTM strategy.
• Proven ability to develop and execute pricing and sales enablement plans for technology solutions.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments and influencing senior leaders.
• Familiarity with open banking/open finance regulations and standards is a plus.

What we offer

• Competitive base salary ranging from $179,000 to $305,000 USD per year.
