Director of Operations & Supply Chain

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Operations & Supply Chain to lead operational planning and execution across inventory, logistics, fulfillment, vendor management, and customer experience. This hybrid role (3 days in‑office, 2 days remote) supports rapid growth by building scalable infrastructure for DTC, wholesale, and retail channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end supply planning aligned with demand forecasts and commercial goals.
• Own supplier strategy, negotiate contracts, and manage 3PL partnerships to ensure cost‑efficient, scalable service.
• Optimize fulfillment and logistics operations for both DTC and B2B channels, overseeing transportation, warehousing, and global import/export compliance.
• Partner with Finance and Product teams on Sales & Operations Planning, balancing service levels, inventory, and working capital.
• Establish and track operational KPIs (OTIF, inventory turns, forecast accuracy) and drive cost‑saving initiatives.
• Oversee customer support operations to improve satisfaction and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in operations and supply chain leadership, preferably in fast‑paced consumer environments.
• Strategic thinker who can also execute hands‑on, building systems that scale.
• Strong collaborator with finance, product, retail, and external vendor partners.
