Operations Manager – Regional Distribution Center

About the role

Target is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a Regional Distribution Center in Tyler, Texas. You will be responsible for driving safety, productivity, and continuous improvement across the facility while supporting the company’s mission to deliver products quickly and efficiently to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Execute operational plans, meet performance and budget goals, and coordinate across functions.
