About the role
The University of Arkansas at Little Rock is seeking a Director of Broadcast to serve as the ESPN+ Producer and Coordinator for the Trojan Athletic Department. This position will be a key member of the Athletic Communications team, responsible for delivering high‑quality live sports productions that meet ESPN and conference standards.
Key responsibilities
- Produce and coordinate ESPN+ broadcasts for Little Rock Athletics events.
- Ensure all productions comply with ESPN, United Athletic Conference, sponsor, and commercial requirements.
- Act as the primary liaison between the athletic department and the broadcast team.
- Manage production schedules, crew assignments, and on‑site logistics for live events.
- Integrate sponsor elements and commercial obligations into each broadcast.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of one year experience in live sports production.
- Preferred: Master’s degree and experience within a college athletic department.
