Director, HR Business Partner – General & Administrative

About the role

Servier Pharmaceuticals is seeking a senior HR leader to act as the dedicated HR Business Partner for its General & Administrative (G&A) functions. Reporting to the CHRO, the role will support Finance, Legal, Compliance, IT, HR, Communications and Corporate Affairs as the company scales toward its 2030 ambitions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR partnership to G&A leaders, aligning people strategies with business objectives and advising on talent, organization and culture.
• Lead organizational design, change management and integration of recent acquisitions, shaping large‑scale transformation initiatives.
• Develop and execute talent strategies, workforce planning and skill‑gap analyses to build a high‑performance G&A workforce.
• Oversee employee experience, relations and the full employee life‑cycle, ensuring consistent performance management and engagement.
• Champion Servier’s collaborative, patient‑centric culture and act as a mentor for junior HR colleagues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS in HR/OD) and certifications (SPHR, SHRM‑SCP) preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or life‑science companies.
• Proven ability to build and scale an HR function that partners with senior business leaders.
• Generalist HR expertise covering policy design, compensation, talent acquisition, learning and development.
• Experience leading organizational change and M&A integration in high‑growth environments.
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, executive coaching and communication skills.
