Direct Care Worker – Immediate Openings

About the role

Maximum Care, Inc. is seeking compassionate Direct Care Workers to join our team immediately. You will provide in‑home support to elderly, disabled, and individuals with intellectual disabilities, ensuring their safety, dignity, and well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal care tasks such as bathing, toileting, grooming, and feeding.
• Prepare nutritious meals, shop for groceries, and manage household chores.
• Accompany clients to appointments, provide medication reminders, and offer transportation when needed.
• Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support to promote a positive environment.
• Maintain participants’ property with respect and care.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Physical capability to lift up to 25 lb and to stand, bend, kneel, or reach for extended periods.
• Reliable, patient, and respectful attitude toward clients and their families.
