Digital Workplace Intern

About the role

World Vision International is seeking a Digital Workplace Intern to support its Global Marketing, Communications & Sponsorship team. This three‑month remote internship offers hands‑on experience building SharePoint sites, managing digital content, and contributing to Microsoft 365 solutions that improve collaboration across a global humanitarian organization.

Key responsibilities

• Create and update SharePoint pages using approved templates, branding, and navigation structures.
• Configure and maintain document libraries, SharePoint lists, metadata, permissions, and views.
• Review, categorize, and migrate digital files into organized structures.
• Conduct quality assurance testing of pages, links, and configurations before publication.
• Maintain project trackers, action logs, and status updates for multiple initiatives.
• Assist with Power BI dashboard updates and data verification.
• Support ongoing enhancements across Microsoft 365, including exposure to Power Automate and Power Apps.

Required skills

• Experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, or Power Apps.
• Basic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of information architecture, content management, and user‑experience principles.
