About the role

As a Digital Solutions and Automation Specialist at Bosch, you will apply AI, automation and digital technologies to solve real‑world marketing, sales and training challenges. You will design intelligent workflows that boost lead generation, improve customer engagement and streamline sales enablement.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build AI‑driven workflows and automation solutions for marketing, sales and training operations.
• Identify process gaps and operational inefficiencies, then develop scalable solutions to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Evaluate where automation adds value versus where human interaction is more effective.
• Use data, reporting and user feedback to continuously improve workflows.
• Automate marketing processes such as lead routing, campaign follow‑up, segmentation and reporting.
• Collaborate with sales teams, distribution partners, contractors and customers to understand workflow challenges and business needs.
• Gather feedback, identify process breakdowns and recommend practical digital solutions.
• Create scalable digital learning and enablement experiences, enhancing LMS and customer engagement platforms.
• Track engagement metrics, KPIs and user adoption trends.
• Define business requirements and support roadmap development for digital solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience designing and implementing automation or AI‑driven workflows.
• Excellent communication skills to act as a bridge between business teams and digital capabilities.
