About the role
Directive Consulting is seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist to lead demand‑generation initiatives for up to seven SMB SaaS clients. You will own performance‑marketing execution, pitch strategy, and ensure results exceed expectations while working remotely across the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Own the success of SMB clients across paid, SEO, and CRO channels.
- Manage client relationships with confidence, empathy, and professionalism.
- Project‑manage and organize each account to deliver on time and under budget.
- Build strong relationships with client points of contact.
- Apply deep technical knowledge of strategy, paid media, SEO, and CRO for tech companies.
Required profile
- 2+ years of agency‑side marketing experience.
- 2+ years of performance‑marketing experience.
- Strategic thinker with a T‑shaped marketing skill set.
- World‑class project manager who can deliver results.
- Willingness to travel as needed and stay ahead of industry trends, including AI and automation.

What we offer
- Living wage with an annual base salary range of $80,000‑$85,000 USD.
