Digital Marketing Manager – Remote (US)

About the role

Directive Consulting is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead demand‑generation efforts for a select portfolio of up to seven B2B SaaS clients. You will own the performance‑marketing strategy, execution, and results across paid, SEO, and conversion‑rate‑optimization channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own the success of SMB SaaS clients across paid media, SEO and CRO channels.
• Manage client relationships with confidence, empathy, and strategic insight.
• Project‑manage each account, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
• Develop and pitch strategic plans, monitor performance, and exceed client KPIs.
• Stay current on industry trends, including AI and automation tools that can enhance marketing operations.

Required profile

• 2+ years of agency‑side marketing experience.
• 2+ years of performance‑marketing experience, preferably in SaaS.
• Strong T‑shaped marketer with deep expertise in paid media, SEO and CRO.
• World‑class project manager who can deliver on time and under budget.
• Willingness to travel as needed and continuously learn emerging technologies.
