Development Assistant

About the role

The Development Assistant supports project management initiatives within the University of Arkansas system, assisting staff and students in delivering development projects and related administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of development projects.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, and status reports.
• Support communication between project teams, stakeholders, and university departments.
• Help prepare and track grant and funding applications.
• Provide general administrative support, including meeting coordination and record keeping.

Required profile

• Current University of Arkansas System employee (including student employees or graduate assistants).
• Ability to access and navigate Workday for application and job management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Eligibility to work on campus in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
