About the role
We are seeking a hands‑on Desktop Support Technician to deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, phones, mobile devices, and remote‑access tools in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, phones, and mobile devices.
- Maintain and troubleshoot remote‑access solutions, including VPN and VMware Horizon.
- Diagnose and resolve LAN/WAN connectivity issues.
- Support audio‑visual and video‑conferencing equipment.
- Assist end‑users with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, and Outlook issues.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of desktop or IT support experience.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
- Experience in professional services or legal environments is a plus.
