About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our Houston office. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will ensure that company data is entered accurately and kept up‑to‑date, supporting the smooth operation of our renewable‑energy projects.
Key responsibilities
- Enter, update and maintain data in internal systems with a high degree of accuracy.
- Organise, review and verify source documents before data entry.
- Prepare and sort paperwork for efficient processing.
- Provide general administrative assistance, including file management and document filing.
- Communicate with internal teams and respond to data‑related queries promptly.
Required profile
- Strong typing speed with excellent attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional office‑systems training is a plus.
- Proven experience in a data‑entry or administrative role is preferred.
- Ability to manage time effectively while maintaining high accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet tools.
- Experience using data‑management systems.
- General computer literacy and typing proficiency.
