Data Entry Analyst

About the role

LaBella is looking for a detail‑oriented Data Entry Analyst to join its team on a full‑time basis. The role focuses on entering, updating and maintaining data in the SAP Global platform for a confidential client, with opportunities for growth over a three‑to‑five‑year engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately enter, update and maintain data in SAP according to client specifications.
• Analyze equipment records, as‑built plans, GIS data and other sources across multiple software platforms.
• Validate data for accuracy, completeness and consistency, and report any discrepancies.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of client information.
• Follow established documentation standards and update digital records in SAP Global.
• Work independently, submit timely status reports, and coordinate with internal and client stakeholders.
• Attend virtual meetings as required.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to the client office for physical record handling.

Required skills

• SAP (experience preferred but not required).
• Microsoft Office suite – Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
