DAPO Specialist – Pharmacy (Remote, US)

About the role

The DAPO Specialist supports Gainwell Technologies' healthcare program operations by maintaining accurate pharmacy and provider records. This remote position requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to handle high‑volume data tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process DAPO work items, updating pharmacy and provider data within required timelines.
• Review records for completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Follow defined workflows, resolve discrepancies, and escalate complex cases.
• Document updates clearly to meet audit, contract, and policy standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent information across systems.

Required profile

• Active Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification (PTCB or ExCPT).
• 1–4 years of experience in healthcare operations, pharmacy environments, provider data management, or claims processing.
• Strong attention to detail and high‑accuracy data entry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
