About the role
Medisolv is seeking a Customer Success Manager to act as a strategic partner for healthcare organizations using its ENCOR quality management platform. You will guide clients through quality measure reporting, ensuring they realize value and achieve measurable outcomes with our SaaS solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from executives to operational leaders.
- Own post‑sale customer relationships, driving adoption, renewal forecasting, and expansion through cross‑sell and upsell.
- Partner with customers to define, track, and achieve measurable business and quality outcomes.
- Provide proactive insights, best practices, and recommendations to improve product adoption and maturity.
- Monitor account health, usage, and engagement, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Lead structured engagements such as success reviews and executive business reviews.
- Collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering to resolve issues and advocate for customer needs.
Required profile
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related client‑facing role.
- Strong understanding of healthcare quality reporting and SaaS solutions.
- Ability to manage renewals, forecast revenue, and identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication and executive‑level relationship‑building skills.
