Customer Success Manager (French) – Hybrid

About the role
As a Customer Success Manager you will help North American companies streamline their operations using Odoo’s integrated suite of business applications. You will guide clients through implementation, adoption, renewal and expansion, ensuring they realize the full value of the platform.
Key responsibilities
- Contact and support customers currently using Odoo.
- Analyze clients' business processes and drive product adoption.
- Execute all phases of subscription renewal plans.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients.
- Empathize with customer needs and act as a trusted advisor.
- Participate in the full sales cycle, from discovery to closing.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in English and French (reading, writing, speaking).
- 1‑2 years of sales experience with a proven quota‑exceeding record.
- Passion for software products and SaaS solutions.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment (4 days onsite, 1 day remote).
Required skills
- G Suite proficiency.
- Experience with ERP systems.
