Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Document customer interactions and transactions across company platforms.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and escalate complex cases.
• Meet customer satisfaction goals and performance expectations.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experiences and service processes.
• Work scheduled hours with flexibility for weekends and holidays when required.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of call‑center experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• Strong typing and data‑entry skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and attendance record.
