About the role
Enterprise Mobility is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to work at Monroe Airport. You will be the first point of contact for renters, delivering friendly and efficient service while facilitating smooth rental and return processes.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers professionally and promptly at the rental desk.
- Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and optional services.
- Use company‑approved sales techniques to offer protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and additional equipment.
- Verify and document driver information to ensure a timely rental experience.
- Provide local area information, directions, and assistance as needed.
- Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general inquiries.
Required profile
- Professional, friendly demeanor with strong communication skills.
- Ability to understand and clearly convey rental policies and product options.
- Attention to detail for driver documentation and transaction accuracy.
- Immediate availability for the listed shift schedule.
