Customer Account Manager – Hospitality & Lodging (Remote)

About the role

This position focuses on managing, retaining, and accelerating growth with national lodging and hospitality account partners. You will leverage Nestlé Professional Solutions’ extensive food and beverage portfolio to build mutually beneficial partnerships across the hospitality ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and nurture executive‑level relationships with national hotel brands, management companies, ownership groups and procurement organizations.
• Develop and present compelling proposals that align guest experience, operator needs, brand standards and financial value.
• Lead cross‑functional teams (marketing, finance, operations, field sales) to design and roll out national programs and multi‑property expansions.
• Negotiate and manage complex partnership agreements, conducting cost‑benefit analyses and ensuring contract compliance.
• Serve as the internal voice of the lodging customer, influencing product development and service delivery.

Required profile

• 4‑year Bachelor’s degree.
• 8+ years of national account sales or strategic account management experience in lodging, hospitality or food‑and‑beverage sectors.
• 3+ years managing multi‑property program rollouts and complex contract negotiations.
• Strong financial acumen to evaluate program economics and partnership value.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
