Customer Account Associate (Remote)

About the role

The Customer Account Associate supports Nestlé USA’s Account Management team in delivering sales objectives for key customers such as Albertsons. Working remotely, the associate handles trade auditing, deduction analysis, distributor coordination, and system administration to ensure accurate financial and operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct trade auditing, deduction, fine, and claim analysis (approximately 40% of time).
• Manage post‑audit claim resolution, track disputed claims, and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Research and resolve deduction discrepancies, lead complex claim follow‑ups, and participate in customer/vendor meetings.
• Support customer metric forecasting, trade event planning, and alignment of internal and customer forecasts.
• Coordinate logistics and distribution activities with Nestlé Retail Services, prepare NRS materials, and address system connectivity issues.
• Maintain customer item data, UPCs, pricing, and product attributes; set up new items in Osprey and customer systems.
• Facilitate large‑scale planning meetings (JBP, ICP, industry events) and manage automated reporting, retailer reset calendars, and category updates.

Required profile

• Experience in trade auditing, deduction analysis, and customer account support.
• Ability to manage data integrity across multiple systems and coordinate with distributors.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Osprey system for item setup and maintenance.
