About the role

Nabi Health is seeking a Territory Manager to expand access to its weight‑inclusive nutrition care across Washington State. This field‑based, provider‑facing position focuses on building and nurturing referral relationships with healthcare practices to drive patient volume.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new healthcare providers, turning them into long‑term referral partners.
• Conduct in‑person drop‑ins, lunch‑and‑learn sessions, and practice visits to educate providers about Nabi’s services.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing providers to ensure a steady stream of patient referrals.
• Demonstrate the value of Nabi’s care model and streamline the referral workflow.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to guarantee smooth experiences for both providers and patients.
• Represent Nabi at occasional conferences and partner site visits.

Required profile

• Comfortable working independently in a remote, startup environment.
• Strong communicator able to build trust with healthcare providers.
• Relationship‑driven with a consultative outreach approach.
• Organized, self‑directed, and capable of managing a pipeline without heavy oversight.
