Court Research Analyst

About the role

As a Court Research Analyst (Legal Research Specialist) you will support Intelligize’s customers by conducting legal research, handling expert‑witness search requests, and delivering accurate, timely information. The role blends research, customer service, and order‑management duties, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on clients’ compliance and reporting needs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct legal research using internal and external resources and provide the information to customers.
• Deliver clear, concise, accurate, and timely communication to internal and external customers.
• Apply established order‑management standards to meet departmental objectives.
• Act as an advocate for customers by reporting feedback and helping resolve issues.
• Collaborate effectively across teams and with other departments.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong customer‑service and relationship‑building abilities.
• Relevant experience in law, legal research, customer support, or a related field.
