Corporate AI Security Architect

About the role

Moog’s Cyber Security Team is seeking a Corporate AI Security Architect to lead the design, implementation and evolution of security architecture for its enterprise AI ecosystem. The role focuses on safeguarding internally‑developed Large Language Models and third‑party AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, while ensuring compliance with export‑control and data‑privacy regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the enterprise‑wide AI security strategy, standards and controls.
• Establish governance frameworks and work with IT, Legal, Compliance and business units to enforce them.
• Assess and mitigate AI‑specific threats including prompt injection, model inversion, data poisoning and output exfiltration.
• Design, implement and certify regulated cloud environments (FedRAMP, CMMC Level 2, DoD IL4/IL5).
• Maintain alignment with NIST CSF, NIST 800‑53, NIST AI RMF, ISO 27001 and other industry frameworks.
• Provide guidance on ITAR/EAR requirements for AI/ML data and software.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years of cyber security architecture experience, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML security.
• Demonstrated expertise in LLMs and associated risk management.
• Hands‑on experience with export‑control regulations (ITAR, EAR) and regulated cloud certifications.
