Controller – Outsource Accounting & Finance

About the role

We are looking for a Controller to join our Outsource Accounting and Finance team. The role delivers accounting and bookkeeping services for multiple clients across diverse industries, offering a mix of public‑accounting and industry experience in a flexible environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare complex Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and management reports for clients.
• Establish and maintain standardized accounting procedures and processes.
• Produce monthly and annual financial statement reports.
• Perform general accounting duties including accounts payable, account reconciliations and work‑paper preparation.
• Assist with onboarding new clients and provide training on shared software applications.
• Motivate and manage staff in a pay‑for‑performance setting.
• Meet tight deadlines and handle urgent client or firm matters as they arise.
• Utilize a range of technology solutions to support accounting services.
• Apply project‑management skills to ensure consistent client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related discipline.
• Minimum of four years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proven team‑leadership experience.
• Strong time‑management and ability to work under pressure.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
