Contingent Workforce Staffing Consultant (Remote, US)

About the role

Kelly is seeking a Contingent Workforce Staffing Consultant to support hiring managers in acquiring temporary and contract talent for client sites in the United States. The position is remote, but the consultant will coordinate on‑site operations for facilities such as the one in Conshohocken, PA.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for a variety of contingent positions.
• Conduct consultative calls with hiring managers to assess needs and define sourcing strategies.
• Utilize procurement technology and Vendor Management Systems (VMS) to move requisitions through client processes.
• Provide detailed data and documentation to supply‑chain and leadership teams.
• Analyze talent community, team performance, and VMS metrics for reporting.
• Monitor daily requisition progress and follow up with stakeholders.
• Support timecard, expense, invoicing, and correction processes.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and negotiate bill rates aligned with market standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in workforce management and contingent staffing.
• Strong consultative approach with hiring managers and candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain disciplined execution.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with procurement technology platforms.
• Experience using Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
