About the role
We are seeking a Digital Content Editor to help train AI chatbots. You will create writing and editing tasks for AI models, measure their progress, and evaluate their logic to improve overall quality.
Key responsibilities
- Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and review their outputs.
- Measure model performance, evaluate correctness, and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide feedback to enhance the logic and accuracy of AI conversational agents.
Required profile
- Fluent in English at native or bilingual level.
- Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
- Experience in communications, journalism, or related fields is preferred.
- Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.
