Construction Supervisor – Drywall, Paint & Metal Framing

About the role

Jet Pros LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to lead field operations on commercial drywall, metal framing, and painting projects throughout Nashville and surrounding areas. The role combines hands‑on supervision with schedule management to ensure safe, high‑quality project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day field activities for commercial drywall, metal framing, and painting jobs.
• Lead and coordinate crews, maintaining productivity, quality, and adherence to project timelines.
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Manage manpower, materials, equipment, and workflow on‑site.
• Communicate with project managers, general contractors, inspectors, and field personnel.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
• Track daily progress, labor hours, material usage, and field productivity.
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively.
• Assist in training and mentoring crew leaders.
• Utilize construction management tools such as Procore, PlanGrid, and Bluebeam.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in commercial drywall, framing, and/or painting.
• Previous experience supervising crews or commercial construction projects.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
