About the role

Duraframe LLC is seeking motivated individuals to join its indoor manufacturing team that produces prefabricated light‑gauge metal framing systems and curved track assemblies for commercial construction projects across the Northeast. The position offers year‑round, indoor work with a consistent Monday‑Friday schedule and opportunities for rapid advancement.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble prefabricated wall panel systems, framing components, and curved track assemblies.
• Operate production equipment, hand tools, and fabrication machinery while following shop drawings and specifications.
• Assist with material handling, quality checks, and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Collaborate with team leaders to keep projects moving efficiently.

Required profile

• Willingness to learn and ability to work with tools and measurements.

Required skills

• Forklift operation.
• Welding.
• Metal stud framing.
