Construction Manager – Facility Network Projects

About the role

Amazon is seeking a Construction Manager to lead the delivery of its facility network, including sortation centers, delivery stations, and auxiliary buildings. You will oversee new builds, retrofits, and expansions while ensuring projects meet safety, quality, schedule, and budget targets.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise implementation of Amazon’s safety programs across internal and external project teams.
• Manage comprehensive budget and schedule tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
• Evaluate contractor bids, ensure appropriate skill sets, and hold contractors accountable for performance.
• Coordinate with authorities having jurisdiction to secure permits and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Communicate project status, risks, and changes to internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Travel up to 60% regionally and operate independently within assigned regions.
