Computer Support Specialist

About the role

Join a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing public services and sustainable resource management. As a Computer Support Specialist you will provide frontline technical assistance to end‑users, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and network environments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical support via phone, email, chat, or in‑person.
• Monitor, prioritize, and resolve tickets in the JIRA ticketing system.
• Install, configure, and set up new hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Document problems, resolutions, and create user guides for future reference.
• Perform other assigned duties related to IT support.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in Information Technology and Customer Service.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Systems, Information Technology, or Cybersecurity.
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer‑focused attitude with patience and empathy.
