About the role
The Community Manager will oversee daily operations of The Evergrove at Crystal Village, ensuring the property runs efficiently, meets financial targets, and complies with all relevant regulations. This position leads the on‑site team, coordinates resources, and fosters a positive resident experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide input for property budget development by analyzing financial statements and market data.
- Set rent rates and ensure timely collection of rent and fees to meet revenue goals.
- Manage day‑to‑day activities of the property, including maintenance coordination and resident services.
- Ensure compliance with Company policies, Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other applicable laws.
- Lead, train, and evaluate property staff to maintain high performance standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant property management or community management experience.
