Community Manager – Eden at Tradition

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager for the Eden at Tradition property. The role oversees daily operations, manages the on‑site team, and ensures the community runs smoothly while meeting financial and occupancy targets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing the property budget by reviewing financial statements and market data.
• Achieve revenue goals by setting rent rates, collecting payments, and preparing monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and coordinate with accounting.
• Control expenditures within the approved budget and manage petty‑cash funds.
• Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, evictions, and collection of fees.
• Analyze market trends and implement short‑ and long‑term leasing strategies to meet occupancy targets.

Required profile

• Experience in property or community management within multifamily housing.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing, ADA, and other relevant regulations.
• Ability to interpret financial data and manage budgets.
• Excellent communication and vendor management skills.
