About the role
Greystar is seeking a Community Manager for the Bayshore Landing community in Annapolis. The role oversees daily operations of the property, leads the on‑site team and ensures the community meets its financial and operational targets while complying with all applicable regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage the property budget by analyzing financial statements, market data and operational reports.
- Set rent rates, collect payments, process bank deposits and prepare monthly financial status reports.
- Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, code charges to the appropriate chart of accounts and coordinate with accounting.
- Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage petty‑cash funds.
- Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, notices, evictions and collection of late fees.
- Monitor market and economic trends and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
Required profile
- Experience managing a multifamily property or similar real‑estate portfolio.
- Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act and other multifamily housing regulations.
- Ability to analyze financial data and make budgetary decisions.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
