About the role
The Community Manager for Ascent Victory Park will oversee daily operations of this multifamily property, leading the on‑site team to deliver exceptional resident experiences while meeting financial and operational targets.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day property activities, including leasing, resident services, and maintenance coordination.
- Lead and develop property staff, scheduling work, providing coaching, and ensuring performance standards.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, analyze financial statements, and adjust strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Set rent rates, oversee rent collection, and ensure timely posting of fees.
- Maintain compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with marketing and leasing teams to drive occupancy and resident retention.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant property management or community management experience.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and meet revenue targets.
- Strong knowledge of multifamily housing regulations and best practices.
Required skills
