Community Manager – Alta Springs

About the role

The Community Manager oversees daily operations of the Alta Springs apartment community, leading staff and ensuring financial and operational goals are met while complying with all relevant housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the property budget, monitor revenues, set rent rates, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, control expenditures, and oversee the petty‑cash fund.
• Enforce lease terms, process applications, conduct inspections, and handle evictions and fee collections.
• Analyze market trends, implement leasing strategies, and drive occupancy and revenue targets.
• Maintain resident satisfaction by addressing complaints, service requests, and ensuring property upkeep.
• Supervise, hire, train, and evaluate property staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate or related field (preferred).
• 4‑6 years of property management, sales, marketing, or customer‑service experience.
• Strong communication, conflict‑resolution and customer‑service abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property‑management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).
• Advanced skills in word processing, spreadsheets and database management.
• Valid driver’s license for on‑site transportation (golf cart).
• All required state and local real‑estate licenses and certifications.
