Co-Founder, Zero Proof

About the role

We are looking for a Co‑Founder to lead Zero Proof, the verification layer for agentic commerce being built within Montauk Capital’s venture studio. This remote, senior‑level position will shape the product, technology and go‑to‑market strategy from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall vision and roadmap for Zero Proof.
• Recruit and build the C‑level executive team.
• Design and implement cryptographic proof mechanisms for every transaction.
• Lead product development, security architecture and compliance.
• Collaborate with Montauk Capital’s investors and partners to secure funding and strategic alliances.

Required profile

• Proven entrepreneurial experience in founding or scaling early‑stage technology ventures.
• Deep understanding of cryptographic protocols, blockchain and distributed systems.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote, fast‑moving environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to attract top talent and investors.
