Key responsibilities

• Manage daily food and beverage service, including breakfast buffets and evening hors d'oeuvres.
• Maintain lounge cleanliness and presentation throughout each shift.
• Verify guest credentials and grant access to the exclusive lounge area.
• Anticipate and respond to guest needs, delivering prompt and courteous assistance.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless operations.
