Clinical Services Manager – Orthopaedic Clinics

About the role

The Clinical Services Manager for Orthopaedic Clinics will lead daily operations, ensure high‑quality patient care, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams within the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of orthopaedic clinic operations, including patient flow and resource allocation.
• Manage staff scheduling, recruitment, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and institutional policies.
• Monitor clinical and financial performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, and support services to optimize patient outcomes.
• Develop and manage clinic budgets, purchasing, and inventory control.
• Lead quality improvement projects and patient satisfaction programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in health administration, nursing, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Several years of experience in clinical management, preferably within orthopaedic or surgical settings.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
