About the role

LinkedIn is seeking a Client Solutions Manager to lead relationships with large, complex customers for its Marketing Solutions portfolio. The role is based in New York City, Chicago or San Francisco and operates in a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and nurture deep relationships with large‑scale clients, understanding their business goals and marketing objectives.
  • Analyze, optimize, and provide strategic recommendations for advertising campaigns across native and programmatic channels.
  • Deliver training and guidance on targeting, implementation, optimization, and reporting.
  • Leverage LinkedIn’s technology stack to create performance‑driven marketing solutions.
  • Advise on creative and content development to maximize campaign impact.
  • Support onboarding and ongoing education for clients.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including sales, product, finance, and technical support—to ensure flawless execution and troubleshoot issues.
  • Represent client feedback to product teams to influence future campaign management tools.

Required profile

  • Strong knowledge of online media and digital advertising ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and analytical abilities.
  • Proven track record of driving incremental revenue and delivering measurable ROI.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients, campaigns, and projects simultaneously.
  • Team‑oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
