Chief of Staff to the CEO

About the role

sfcompute is creating a liquid market for GPU offtake, reducing risk for large‑scale AI infrastructure financing. We are looking for a Chief of Staff to the CEO who will act as a strategic partner, turning high‑impact priorities into measurable outcomes and ensuring seamless execution across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO on strategy, prioritization, and critical business decisions.
• Identify and resolve organizational bottlenecks, turning ambiguous problems into actionable plans.
• Translate leadership decisions into clear, executable actions and align stakeholders.
• Develop deep understanding of the business, market dynamics, financing structures, and deal flows to contribute to strategic discussions.
• Represent the CEO in internal and external meetings with customers, partners, and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong technical fluency with the ability to engage engineering, GTM, and product teams on AI/ML, infrastructure, and architecture topics.
• Experience operating in high‑growth, fast‑moving environments.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a track record of driving cross‑functional initiatives.
• Ability to work onsite five days a week in the San Francisco office.
